This concept should demonstrate firstly how co-existence is arranged in our kindergarten on the one hand, and on the other, depict the thinking behind our work: the goals that we follow, the pedagogical approaches and values which are important to us in up-bringing and the way in which we implement these.

Our work with the children thrives from their further development. Changes in the children, the parents, the social environment and last but not least in the kindergarten itself also have an influence, as well as changes in the framework and statutory requirements. Therefore, this concept is also a „Temporary Document“  and will be permanently updated.
